The holidays are just around the corner and PDX Estate Marketplace is where you want to be this season. We've curated an entire warehouse of Estate Sale items from over 30 households this month. Like every month, we source our estate sale merchandise from estates that have not been shopped. We buy storage units, we consign large households and we clear out condos and bring it all here for you to shop!
We have TWO guests this month. Laura Caldwell with Left Coast Revivals will be a vendor in our space! She is bringing some really well priced MCM items like ART, Pottery and furniture. Follow her on IG and enjoy her U-tube channel. In addition we have Emily Bakes. She brings fresh, seasonal baked goods for purchase. She owns a subscription based baked goods business. Be sure to sign up for her email list while you are here.
It's the biggest and best estate sale in Oregon EACH and EVERY month at our warehouse location 11125 SW Greenburg Rd. right over 217 and near Washington Square. We are minutes from Curiosities Antique Mall and Symposium in Tigard so make a day of thrifting and grab a cup of joe and a yummy sandwich and make a day of it!
If our line to get in is long, don't worry! We move it along very quickly. We have lots of space and lots of help to keep things running smoothly.

August is my month! It's my birthday month and I LOVE SUMMER!
This August sale is radiating with goodness. I absolutely love mixing old and new and the collections we have this month are unique and very fun. We are so lucky and now, so are you!
There are many photos to check out and I hope you have time to really pour over them. The tables are full of "smalls" which is what I call kitchenware, decor, books and all misc. small items. We love a packed warehouse and this month will NOT disappoint. I hope if you have friends visiting or you've been wanting to hang out with friends you'll attend this month's sale and show them how much fun it is to estate sale/thrift shop in a beautifully curated space with AIR CONDITIONING.
Remember, parking is limited onsite, so plan to arrive and park a little ways away from the building. If the line is long when you get here DO NOT PANIC. We move the line fast and we start with 250-300 people in the door when we open. If long lines are not your thing, come after 11am, it usually slows down by then. We have 7 cashiers and lots of staff to help you. We offer delivery with a third party company called More Than Freights. You can always pick up later in the week if you need to do that as well. This month, we are blowing out summer clothes. Saturday $5.00 each.

This EPIC estate sale has all the goodies. Incredible linens, vintage clothes (really, really good...mom used to be a Follie girl and actress. Dad liked to hunt and was a real mans man as well as a hunter and golf nut!), tons of great ephemera, massive collection of collectibles, china (like restaurant ware mass), stemware, Beatrix Potter, BOOKS (really fun, old and cute covers), tons and tons of interesting and unique finds, treasures, old flower frogs, outdoor stuff, hunting tents, storage bins galore and what am I forgetting???? I almost forgot the BEST...VINTAGE XMAS!! AND...The massive 7 foot Winchester sign, Benchmade and some other cool signs! Oh, the house is going on the market soon! This incredible find in Milwaukie with a shop out back! VERY COOL.

Yes, the line gets long. But honestly it goes really fast!
We let lots of people in to start and it does slow down around 10am or 11am.
Parking is difficult if you tell yourself it's difficult, just saying. It's going to be an epically beautiful day.
The corner gets very congested and we've been told by neighbors, and customers that they see the line and don't even try.
It's really not that bad. We have so many great nearby neighborhoods, and there is max, bus, uber, carpool and washington square all so close by.
The MARKETPLACE really is the best estate sale around. It only happens once a month (why? because it's sooo much work to put it together) and it's better because there is so much to choose from. I bet we have 20+ couches this month alone!
I don't want to miss telling you about the variety we have this month. The tools, workout equipment and furniture are in abundance. The patio furniture!! Clothing is off the hook. Shoes are so good. Appliances, barware, MCM, household goods in general are really packed in there.
We curated some incredible estates which have given us a HUGE array of goodies to share. Our prices are really good too. Come see for yourself and bring a friend to share the experience with. We love being tagged in photos too! Spread the word.

Filson clothes, Orvis lots of original service uniforms from this really amazing guy! He saved all the best stuff and lived with it and loved it and took such good care of it. I just get a sense of respect for the wilderness from this man.
The house, yard and garage are all packed with good finds. We're here for it. I love a good piece of art, glass or pottery. I love a unique piece of furniture and some really cool photos framed in homemade, one of a kind wood frames. Taken with all the cameras that we have for sale. One of the best parts is the piles of photos, albums and slides from Timberline, lakes, Oregon wilderness and more. ALL of it is cool.
This is a very cool house that will soon be on the market.
We love everything here. This gentleman made many of his furniture pieces and has lots of woodworking items and wood to sell.

BLUE AND WHITE POTTERY, SIT/STAND DESKS, LOTS AND LOTS OF CLOTHING (especially men's size XL), APPLIANCES, YARN AND CRAFTING, ELECTRONICS, AND TRULY BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE. February Marketplace Sale

A curated warehouse with just about everything...from kitchen to lawnmowers, kayaks to French settees we see just about everything here at the warehouse.
We have hired a parking specialist company to manage the parking lot on a trial basis (we pray that it works), due to excessive cars and the need to share the lot with our neighboring businesses we will have a traffic flow that is different than in the past. Enter on Greenburg, exit on Dakota (right turn only out of the lot!). There are limited numbers of spots here in the lot for our business, so think of these events like ones you may have attended in the past...off-site parking! I go to the Portland Night Market downtown each quarter and the parking there is limited and it works well there because everyone wants to be there. Please always find LEGAL and safe parking for yourselves. Uber or LIFT then pick up purchases on Monday if you can. The weekend weather is really lovely so the walk will be nice. The crew inside will be anxiously awaiting your arrival and can't wait to help you shop!

We were given over 200 spots in this lot to utilize during our sales, but we need to keep parking available for patrons of the other businesses in this building. DBat, APEX Gym and NW Fencing Center have all worked with us on their areas and number of spaces they would need for their clients. (See picture below)

Our Grand Opening Event is HERE!
This is our first sale at our new Warehouse. The first weekend of EVERY month we will have a sale with however many estates we acquire during the previous month. If you are on the PDX Estate Services email list you will get notifications of these sales from our email list.
I say "our" because my son-in-law, Mike, has partnered with me to help me realize a long sought dream......a retail location for multiple estate liquidations at one time.
For years I've dreamed of a Warehouse that would allow for a solution to so many who don't have a location to sell their estate, whether it's a gated community, a quick home sale, a condo in a high rise, a storage unit, rural location or just a difficult parking situation. The warehouse is one level, well lit, climate controlled and large enough to allow many more in the sale to shop, so no long lines to get in. Not to mention, over 200 parking spaces. We share this building with APEX Gym, DBat and NW Fencing Center so we will need to be courteous to our neighbors and their patrons. The ebb and flow of our shoppers allows for so much more parking. We will offer a delivery service.

Angela will sell Omomomo Snack Mix, a delicious Hawaiian twist on snack in a bag...!!! I live on this stuff. Her Instagram is @omomomo_snacks You will get HOOKED, just like I did! We will carry these in our Warehouse location, so you can always find a refill. These are perfect gifts too.
Now, let's talk about what is at this sale....
Everything you would find at our estate sales, I mean every single category! You will see from all the photos, there is a lot to choose from so I suggest you make a list of what you are looking for. If you need a sofa, make sure you come with the size/measurements you need. We have 18 at this sale! If you need a room fan or area heater, we have 20. Lawn mower, BBQ or table saw? We've got it. Do you fancy Vintage? Like an eclectic mix and want unique finds? We have those too. Tons of really nice bed frames and mattress sets, contemporary furniture with name brands and high quality and Ikea too....From Wicker Works, Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Room and Board and many more. Higher end furniture and MCM from Denmark and Italy. We have a whole appliance department!
Lots of Upright freezers, refrigerators and a very high end Wine Fridge by EuroCave.
