This month's sale is absolutely packed with goodies from Christmas decor, home furnishings, kitchen wares, high end designer brands and art! Are you nesting yet? The holidays are just around the corner and PDX Estate Marketplace is where you want to be this season. We've curated an entire warehouse of Estate Sale items from over 30 households this month. Like every month, we source our estate sale merchandise from estates that have not been shopped. We buy storage units, we consign large households and we clear out condos and bring it all here for you to shop!
We have TWO guests this month. Laura Caldwell with Left Coast Revivals will be a vendor in our space! She is bringing some really well priced MCM items like ART, Pottery and furniture. Follow her on IG and enjoy her U-tube channel. In addition we have Emily Bakes. She brings fresh, seasonal baked goods for purchase. She owns a subscription based baked goods business. Be sure to sign up for her email list while you are here.
It's the biggest and best estate sale in Oregon EACH and EVERY month at our warehouse location 11125 SW Greenburg Rd. right over 217 and near Washington Square. We are minutes from Curiosities Antique Mall and Symposium in Tigard so make a day of thrifting and grab a cup of joe and a yummy sandwich and make a day of it!
If our line to get in is long, don't worry! We move it along very quickly. We have lots of space and lots of help to keep things running smoothly.

Sundays we are always 1/2 price anything under 100.00.
Lastly, we are implementing a 2.00 service fee for credit card transactions 25.00 and under. If you can bring cash, please do so.

PARKING
We will have PRO-PARK on site again to help manage the parking lot. If you are able to park elsewhere and walk in, please do so. Or carpool! You can always drive up to the loading area to pick up purchases! Our loading area is on the backside of the building. To help with parking, we have also extended our hours!
We will open at 8am on both Saturday and Sunday.
Our growth and your support has far surpassed what we imagined. We really appreciate you all for being such amazing customers.

We are now partnering with MORE THAN FREIGHT for all of our delivery services moving forward! Live in Eugene? No problem? Up in Seattle We got you!
HOLDS
We will offer holds for small items behind the register like usual.
PLEASE DO NOT GO BEHIND THE REGISTERS TO GET YOUR HOLD. We will do that for you :)
We ask that you put things on hold ONLY IF YOU ARE COMMITTING TO BUYING THEM! (Furniture included!)
For large furniture items - please DO NOT pull the hanging tags - instead find an employee to help you (we have lots of people working)! We will place a hold tag on the large items for you! We have our own system for how we will be getting pricing and item numbers to the cashiers.
