Yes, the line gets long. But honestly it goes really fast!
We let lots of people in to start and it does slow down around 10am or 11am.
Parking is difficult if you tell yourself it's difficult, just saying. It's going to be an epically beautiful day.
The corner gets very congested and we've been told by neighbors, and customers that they see the line and don't even try.
It's really not that bad. We have so many great nearby neighborhoods, and there is max, bus, uber, carpool and washington square all so close by.
The MARKETPLACE really is the best estate sale around. It only happens once a month (why? because it's sooo much work to put it together) and it's better because there is so much to choose from. I bet we have 20+ couches this month alone!
I don't want to miss telling you about the variety we have this month. The tools, workout equipment and furniture are in abundance. The patio furniture!! Clothing is off the hook. Shoes are so good. Appliances, barware, MCM, household goods in general are really packed in there.
We curated some incredible estates which have given us a HUGE array of goodies to share. Our prices are really good too. Come see for yourself and bring a friend to share the experience with. We love being tagged in photos too! Spread the word.
