IMPORTANT information this month is about the parking lot:
We will have parking signs noting where PDX Estate Marketplace customers may NOT park on the sale days. We were given over 200 spots in this lot to utilize during our sales, but we need to keep parking available for patrons of the other businesses in this building. DBat, APEX Gym and NW Fencing Center have all worked with us on their areas and number of spaces they would need for their clients. PLEASE, follow the rules. If you are able to park elsewhere and walk in, please do so. You can always drive up to the loading area to pick up purchases! Our loading area is on the backside of the building. For this reason we have also extended our hours! We will open at 8am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday. Hoping to get the first wave through before our next door neighbor opens at 10am. Thank you in advance for helping us be good neighbors.

You may have noticed that at the warehouse we are able to curate a very clean, well organized collection of only the best items for you to shop, en masse quantities. We want the sales to be fun for everyone, so we still have all the categories including cleaning supplies, outdoor and patio, appliances, clothing and tons of decor. If you don't see it at this sale, we will get it at some point. We are so thrilled with our space and how it feels to shop here and we hope you feel this way too. Please tell your friends, neighbors and coworkers about this new concept!
Estate Sales, REIMAGINED!
Holiday, MCM (truly collector pieces), West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Wagner Ware, TV's, kitchen with LeCruciet, Vitamix, vintage clothes, decor, kids department with toys and bedroom items, tons of Ethan Allen like new, and of course we carry Illume candles all year long.
We have special guests this week as well, Sesame Donuts, Onomomo snack mix and With Love Bakery.
