Are you into tools? Woodworking, fishing, MCM, Danish cookware, flatware and everyday wear? My goodness this is an EPIC sale.
Filson clothes, Orvis lots of original service uniforms from this really amazing guy! He saved all the best stuff and lived with it and loved it and took such good care of it. I just get a sense of respect for the wilderness from this man.
The house, yard and garage are all packed with good finds. We're here for it. I love a good piece of art, glass or pottery. I love a unique piece of furniture and some really cool photos framed in homemade, one of a kind wood frames. Taken with all the cameras that we have for sale. One of the best parts is the piles of photos, albums and slides from Timberline, lakes, Oregon wilderness and more. ALL of it is cool.
This is a very cool house that will soon be on the market.
We love everything here. This gentleman made many of his furniture pieces and has lots of woodworking items and wood to sell.
Along with his MCM vibe, it's a great sale.

A curated warehouse with just about everything...from kitchen to lawnmowers, kayaks to French settees we see just about everything here at the warehouse.
We have hired a parking specialist company to manage the parking lot on a trial basis (we pray that it works), due to excessive cars and the need to share the lot with our neighboring businesses we will have a traffic flow that is different than in the past. Enter on Greenburg, exit on Dakota (right turn only out of the lot!). There are limited numbers of spots here in the lot for our business, so think of these events like ones you may have attended in the past...off-site parking! I go to the Portland Night Market downtown each quarter and the parking there is limited and it works well there because everyone wants to be there. Please always find LEGAL and safe parking for yourselves. Uber or LIFT then pick up purchases on Monday if you can. The weekend weather is really lovely so the walk will be nice. The crew inside will be anxiously awaiting your arrival and can't wait to help you shop!

Our Grand Opening Event is HERE!
This is our first sale at our new Warehouse. The first weekend of EVERY month we will have a sale with however many estates we acquire during the previous month. If you are on the PDX Estate Services email list you will get notifications of these sales from our email list.
I say "our" because my son-in-law, Mike, has partnered with me to help me realize a long sought dream......a retail location for multiple estate liquidations at one time.
For years I've dreamed of a Warehouse that would allow for a solution to so many who don't have a location to sell their estate, whether it's a gated community, a quick home sale, a condo in a high rise, a storage unit, rural location or just a difficult parking situation. The warehouse is one level, well lit, climate controlled and large enough to allow many more in the sale to shop, so no long lines to get in. Not to mention, over 200 parking spaces. We share this building with APEX Gym, DBat and NW Fencing Center so we will need to be courteous to our neighbors and their patrons. The ebb and flow of our shoppers allows for so much more parking. We will offer a delivery service.

If you need a sofa, make sure you come with the size/measurements you need. We have 18 at this sale! If you need a room fan or area heater, we have 20. Lawn mower, BBQ or table saw? We've got it. Do you fancy Vintage? Like an eclectic mix and want unique finds? We have those too. PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. PARKING: Limited, and tricky however if you can get creative there is limited roadside parking, small numbers of parking spots at the house itself and generally speaking you should carpool! But this sale is so worth the drive. It's PACKED with vintage goodies.
This incredible house will soon be on the market. Overlooking the river and meticulously kept. A true find in real estate!
This was the hardest house I've ever photographed. I'm sorry for the lighting, glare, and general poor photography. I just couldn't get the time of day right for taking photos. But I do promise, in person the colors are vibrant, the items are clean and beautiful and in excellent condition.
We are honored to hold this sale for longtime collectors of all things quality, interesting, kitchy and fun. Not only are the collections vast but the furniture is excellent quality (mostly Baker) and all in excellent condition. The setting is beautiful and the outbuilding is meticulous too!

When a family lived in a home for 66 years.......
There's going to be some incredible finds!
Like a pair of Selig bucket chairs...or a pair of Westnofa Siesta chairs......or a pair (sort of) Herman Miller Eames lounge chairs, one is 1990's Rosewood and one is late 50's or early 60's down filled walnut or teak.....Yikes folks we have a great sale on our hands. The HM is a rare find in PDX and it is priced accordingly. If you've been wanting an original HM Eames chair in excellent condition (a few minor scratches shown in photo) this is your lucky day. Priced at 8K (just so you know) not 1st generation, but darn close.
There are lots of great teak pieces here, with tons of vintage clothing, kitchen, furniture, fabrics and toys. The outdoor furniture is pretty epic along with MANY outdoor pots and garden decorations.

It's a good vintage sale, real good! We've uncovered some authentic treasures that have been tucked away for a LONG time.
So much of what is there in the way of vintage is in excellent condition. It's hard to find all these goodies in one place, but not this weekend.....We have tons to go around.
The parking will be tricky, as this house was not intended for LARGE numbers of cars. So please plan to park on the street just off the hwy and walk UP the hill to the house. You'll be going DOWNHILL with all your purchases :-) but as you know you can always come pick up your haul in your car. The neighbors will be so impressed with our customers if you park respectfully. There will be someone directing traffic out there the first few hours but then you are on your own to follow the rules.
The house will be going on the market right after we are done! If you've ever wanted a little property, an out building and some privacy this little 3 bedroom house is such a cutie! Ask us for the agents card on sale day. We are happy to share.

We are well into March now and I would say it's Estate Sale March Madness for PDX. We have been busy getting ready for this incredible sale and many others coming this spring. Stay tuned for some really fun sales coming up.
We also have a couple of housekeeping things to talk about.
The bid process. Please, if you are taking the time to bid on an item, read the "rules" of the process that we have posted next to the bid box. The sale this weekend will have MANY items that will be over 100.00 and I am sure we will need to call many bids. The process rules are in a photo I posted this week, please read them.
Secondly, we have always had a first come first served system for our lines. We generally post the address 2-3 hours prior to a sale on the first day (Saturday) and we don't monitor the line and we never will. Assuming that everyone plays fairly this way. There seems to be people ``holding" places in line for friends and family. If you are in the first 50 or so, this means you will be in the first round or two of entry. If everyone holds a spot it pushes those who waited in line themselves back in line and therefore making them wait longer to get in.
This, my dear customers, is not a fair way to play. If you hold a spot, it is for one person parking the car for you or a friend that cannot stand the cold. However, plan to make those around you who waited in the rain and cold aware that you are holding a place. It's just common courtesy that you treat those around you with the same respect you would like. Please don't hold spots for friends. It's just so disheartening for those who waited.

This sale blows my mind. It is the most interesting sale we have done. This family collected, curated and treasured beautiful things. Including a collection of antique Judaica like I have never seen before all in one place. The book collection, original art, and antique furniture pieces are the richest and most dense we have had in one location. Ephemora is PLENTIFUL in so many categories like photos, sports, Abraham Lincoln, music and history. Classic antique styles and modern art. It all comes together so beautify here. Come celebrate this collection with us this weekend. We have a garage full of great tools too. The garage will have a separate cash out area.

Household decor, mirrors, outdoor furniture (great big and heavy outdoor table and benches probably Restoration Hardware back in the day), a STEINWAY Grand piano, a like new Frigidaire freezer, a like new horse saddle Tucker classic Endurance Saddle, massage table, split king adjustable bed, hip and current clothes (consignor) and classic, quality clothes (all smalls). The MCM custom stereo is pretty epic too. It was all set up when we started and we played it a bit. WOW. There is so much to see and it will take awhile to get through the whole sale. There is WHITE CARPET so please be aware of your shoes/boots. Park respectfully and ONLY ON THE north side of the street near the house. When you are getting near the house, just park where it's legal and walk a minute. The corner where the house is will get very congested I'm sure so let's keep the issues to a minimum.

We are honored to hold every estate sale we are entrusted with. We are stewards of a life or lives well-lived. It's our job to disperse interesting and useful items back into circulation and this weekend’s sale is a mighty task! He was a highly prolific artist from the 1930's-2000's, as well as a lifelong Oregonian who was married to an entrepreneur, shop owner and artist in her own right. In the 1930’s he was designing Meier & Frank window displays when he was asked to create nine large linoleum murals for the cafeteria at the Timberline Lodge, the resort built on Mount Hood. Portland history is RICH at this estate!
He spent most of his career teaching along with freelance graphic art and commercial design projects working with Jantzen, Blitz Weinhard, Weyerhaeuser, The Portland Art Museum, The Portland Symphony and many more Portland businesses and organizations. He taught at the Portland Museum School for 30 years.
His style was so unique and he researched with intensity for each project with his creative process documented in journals and paper trails. It's so fascinating. This Estate of Doug and Alexandra Lynch leaves us much to be stewards of! Both of their obituaries, as well as her parents', are fascinating reads.
We have lots of original art by Doug Lynch and his long time mentor and friend, C.S. Price and Charles Heaney originals as well. Art created by many, many other friends and colleagues as well. Spanning multiple decades, the books, paintings, sketches, vintage ephemera, pottery, record albums and vintage clothing make for one of the largest collections we have ever sold at one sale!
